Located in Kansas City, Missouri, the VVA Chapter 317 is dedicated to serving all veterans and their families within our community. Whether you need help processing a VA claim, or seeking a local veteran community in which to become involved, VVA Chapter 317 welcomes YOU!
Founded in 1978, Vietnam Veterans of America is the only national Vietnam veterans organization congressionally chartered and exclusively dedicated to Vietnam-era veterans and their families. VVA is organized as a not-for-profit corporation and is tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(19) of the Internal Revenue Service Code.
We are leading the challenge to do what is right for America and it's Veterans, living out our founding principle:
Never again will one generation of veterans abandon another.
